What is the story behind Bakery Wellness?
We believe that baking makes the world a better place to live in and it delivers a unique platform to use pastries as a form of inclusion for mental health.
It’s an awareness movement for people suffering/recovered from mental conditions to empower their stories through baking. We want the public to understand and spread the awareness about mental health. This inspires the others to destigmatize about mental health.
Can I order my pastries in advance?
Yes, please do so! We need adequate time to prepare the pastries to ensure their quality and freshness.
How long can your pastries last?
You can follow the best-consumed date label on the pastries box.
Are your pastries suitable for Muslim?
We apologize that we do have a halal certification. However, we can ensure you that our pastries do not consist of pork or lard.
I have food allergies. Can Bakery Wellness make anything wheat/dairy/nut free?
We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. We have some of the food products that do not consist of wheat/dairy/nut. However, we will not encourage you to consume the pastries. We normally use high volume of wheat and dairy products.
I am having a birthday party with my friends. How long can your cupcakes/cakes remain edible outside?
For cupcakes/cakes, we will strongly recommend to consume within 4 hours to ensure the freshness and quality of the food products. If you want to keep the cupcakes/cakes in the chiller, we will recommend you to refer to the best-consumed date label on the pastries box.
Currently, we only accept bank transfer as the mode of payment. Please keep a screenshot of the successful transaction as a form of verification. We required full payment before proceeding with your order.
Is there a minimum for your pastries order?
– minimum 12 (cupcakes/muffins) and above, minimum 24 (cupcakes/muffins) for mixture of two flavours.
– minimum 2 bottles of cookies and above (can be mixture of 2 flavours of cookies)
Can I order large quantities for your pastries?
You can drop us an email for more information.
Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
Sorry, we are unable to do so after your purchases have been confirmed.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Please place your order at least one-two weeks in advance. Acceptance of orders later than one-two weeks is subjected to existing order loads.
Can I self-collect my order?
Yes, you can. It will be at Bishan MRT. You just need to indicate at the ‘Location’ in our order form. We will confirm the timing after we have accepted your order.
Can I request the pastries to be delivered?
Yes, you can. It will be chargeable. $20 per order per location.
The charges is flat rate as in consider the time and to transport.
When do you deliver?
Please fill up the date of collection in the ‘order form’. We will glad to assist you in this portion.
Can someone collect on my behalf?
Yes, you can. You can just let us know their details for verification during the delivery.
